VTA Annual General Meeting Notice

Meeting Details:

Guided hike, dinner and meeting at the Schreiber Legion, at 633 Winnipeg Street in Schreiber.
1 pm – Join us for a 4 km (2 km each way) hike to the Picnic Table Lookout. This is an easy classified trail that leads to a spectacular lookout over Schreiber Beach.
5 pm – Gather at the Schreiber Legion for networking and comradery.
6 pm – Chicken Dinner served by Breeze Bakery & Catering. Price per attendee is $38. Comes with vegetables and a choice of potato or rice. Salad, buns, dessert, coffee and tea are included. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know. Drinks from the bar are available at an additional cost.
Deadline to register for dinner reservations is October 12th, 2025.

7:15 – AGM Meeting for attendees, and a Zoom link will be provided for all members to attend.
